4.5 Order Cancellations and Changes

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, and delays outside our control.

Orders may be fulfilled from our fulfillment facility or from a third-party fulfillment partner in the United States or another location.

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another comparable carrier. Tracking information will generally be sent by email after the order ships.

5.2 Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery timeframes displayed on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers.

• Customs or border inspections.

• Weather or natural disasters.

• Labor interruptions.

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Government actions.

• Events outside our reasonable control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

If a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us within seven days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. We will reasonably assist with the carrier’s investigation.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

5.4 International Orders and Customs

For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for packages refused because the customer did not pay applicable import charges.

5.5 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order is reshipped.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We accept eligible returns of unworn, unused, and undamaged products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days after delivery.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

6.2 Non-Returnable Products

Unless required by applicable law, the following products are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

6.3 Return Shipping

Unless the return is caused by our error or involves an eligible defective or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit.

6.4 Refunds

Returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

We may deduct from a refund any loss in value caused by handling, wear, damage, missing packaging, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, where permitted by law.

6.5 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered, contact us within seven days after delivery.

Your message should include:

• Clear photographs or video showing the product and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

We may require the product to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

6.6 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Submitting a fraudulent chargeback, falsely claiming that an authorized transaction was unauthorized, or intentionally providing inaccurate information in connection with a payment dispute may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, or other remedies available to us.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to additional terms displayed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes have no cash value.
